This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) applies to your access to and use of the website, application, software, tools, APIs, AI video generation services, avatar and voice tools, templates, content creation features, and related services provided by DeepReel Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates, including DeepReel Limited (collectively, “DeepReel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the DeepReel Terms of Service.
By using DeepReel, you agree to comply with this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Purpose of this Policy
DeepReel enables users to create, edit, generate, and publish AI-assisted videos, avatars, voices, scripts, images, and related content. These tools can be powerful and must be used responsibly.
This Policy explains the types of uses, content, inputs, outputs, and conduct that are prohibited or restricted when using DeepReel. It applies whether you use the Services directly, through an API, through an integration, through a shared account, or through another person or organization.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone who accesses DeepReel through your account, organization, workspace, API key, or credentials complies with this Policy.
2. General Rules

- is otherwise inconsistent with the responsible use of AI-generated video, avatars, voices, synthetic media, or related technologies.
3. Consent, Likeness, Voice, and Avatar Rules
You may not use DeepReel to create, upload, clone, generate, modify, or distribute any avatar, voice, image, face, body, likeness, persona, name, signature, performance, biometric identifier, or other identifying characteristic of any person unless you have all rights, permissions, consents, releases, and authorizations required to do so.
